When a The Body Shop At Home Customer shops through a Consultant’s Personal Website, they do have the option to select their marketing preferences and can choose whether they wish to be contacted by the consultant themselves or by The Body Shop. If they select to be contacted by The Body Shop, this would mean they could receive marketing material from The Body Shop At Home channel to encourage them back to shop with their consultant. They would not receive any material from The Body Shop Retail or E-Commerce.
If a customer of a The Body Shop At Home consultant receives a marketing email from The Body Shop in regards to a Retail or E-Commerce offer, it would be because they have signed up to receive these emails/postal material either by shopping at a store, shopping online or signing up to receive marketing material.
