To access your accounts page, select the drop-down arrow next to your name within the Business Hub (in the top right-hand corner). This will show a number of options where you can access information such as:
- Personal Details
- Phone & Email address
- Addresses
- Change Password
- Saved Payment Cards
- PWS Settings
- Product Credits
Within 'Personal Details' you can view your stored Date of Birth and Consultant ID, this is the information you entered during enrolment. You are able to input your 'Preferred First Name' and your 'Middle Name' here.
To change either the First or Last name on your account, you will need to contact Consultant Support. To raise a query, you can leave a message using our Contact Us form. Alternatively, you can use Live Chat, which can be activated by selecting the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your device screen. Please note, if you are using our contact form, our Consultant Support team aim to answer all of your queries within 48 hours during business days, however this may be slightly longer during busier periods.
We will require evidence that your legal name has changed for us to support you with the amendment to your details. We can accept the following documents for this change:
- Driving licence
- Passport
- Marriage certificate
- Proof of divorce
