If the applicant hasn't received their Welcome Email, please ask them to check their spam/junk folder. If the registration has failed for any reason, a pop up message will appear on the online registration page encouraging the Consultant to contact Consultant Support.
If the applicant has checked their spam/junk folder and they still haven't received anything, please contact our support team using our Contact Us form. Alternatively, you can use Live Chat, which can be activated by selecting the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your device screen.
