We advise all Consultants to:
- Always identify yourself as an Independent Consultant
- Always comply with any branding guidelines provided to you by The Body Shop At Home™
- Use only approved product statements from brochures, catalogues or current The Body Shop At Home™ advertising
- Be respectful, open-minded and positive
- Be clear and transparent
- Check postings for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors. Do not use acronyms, for example, “TBS”, “TBSAH” or “TBSI"
- Be mindful about how content might be received, particularly due to cultural differences
- Always adhere to the rules and guidelines of the Social Media Platforms and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner in the online community
We advise all Consultants to not:
- Do not act in a way that is likely to bring the The Body Shop At Home™ brand into disrepute
- Do not make false, deceptive or misleading claims
- Do not endorse, comment on or rate The Body Shop products or services on The Body Shop websites without disclosure that you are an Independent Consultant
- Do not disparage a competitor or its products
- Do not express political or religious views
- Do not defame, disparage, discriminate, bully or harass any person
- Do not purchase any “keywords” from a search engine or other online service to direct users to your business
