Consultants may create Independent landing pages or micro websites to promote their The Body Shop At Home™ business. Such landing pages/websites should be used to promote joining your The Body Shop At Home™ business.
The following rules apply when setting up independent landing pages/websites:
- Consultants Independent Landing Pages must be used for the promotion of their The Body Shop At Home™ business and as a business recruitment tool.
- Landing pages / websites must be approved by The Body Shop At Home™ prior to placing such pages / websites live.
- Consultants may include their joining link URL on their landing page / websites.
- Consultants must ensure they clearly identify themselves as Independent Consultants with The Body Shop At Home™ and include a disclaimer on the website that your views are your own and not those of The Body Shop International Limited.
- Consultants may use the new Independent Consultant logo to sign post their landing pages / websites to assist with identifying Consultants as an Independent Consultant.
- Consultants may not use any The Body Shop trademarks or logos on their independent landing pages / websites.
- All images posted on landing pages / websites must be compliant. The Body Shop At Home™ have created images for this use which can be downloaded from the The Body Shop At Home™ Facebook Inspirations page.
- Consultants using any material which references potential earnings, must also include the following statement: "It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. Actual earnings and sales vary from person to person depending on factors including seller's personal skills and the time and effort put in".
